For monthly and annual subscription services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal, provided that you have not accessed more than two courses during that period. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of that period, but you will not be charged for subsequent periods. Lifetime access purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that you have not completed more than 15% of the available content. Additionally, if your account has been terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Use, you will not be eligible for any refunds, regardless of the circumstances.
